HB Global Acquires Arizona-based Spectrum Mechanical & Service Contractors

HARRISBURG, PA (January 6, 2020) – HB Global, LLC has announced that it has acquired Spectrum Mechanical & Service Contractors LLC of Tempe, AZ. Founded in 1997, Spectrum is a provider of design, installation, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC systems throughout Arizona. Spectrum serves a broad spectrum of clientele, including: commercial/retail spaces, high-rise buildings, student housing, multi-family, high-end condos, healthcare facilities, hospitality, education, automotive industry, and houses of worship. Spectrum comprises 150 employees, and its revenue for 2019 was approximately $25 million.
