Camp Hill, PA – July 24, 2025: HB Global, LLC, the employee-owned parent company of 12 U.S. operating subsidiaries in the mechanical and infrastructure industries, announces four executive moves, effective October 1, 2025, expected to help drive growth with a focus on scaling the culture of the company. Its employee-centered mission is to be a great place to work and create value through the ESOP.

Joseph Mastrippolito has been named Division President of HB McClure Company, LLC, succeeding Adam Smith as he takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer of HB Mechanical Group, LLC. Mastrippolito has served as Vice President of Construction at HB McClure for the past three and a half years. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in the construction industry and earned his BS in Building Construction Technology from Penn State University.

Matthew Chubb, currently Vice President of Operations at BBEC, LLC, will step into the role of Division President at BBEC, succeeding James Saussaman as he takes on the role of Senior Vice President of Operations at HB Mechanical Group. When he joined HB Global in 2017, Chubb brought with him over 10 years of experience in leadership roles in project management and operations. He spent four years as a Senior Project Manager at HB McClure before transitioning to Vice President of Operations at BBEC.

Adam Smith has been named Chief Operating Officer of HB Mechanical Group after serving as the Division President of HB McClure for four years. Smith has been instrumental in the success of his division at HB McClure over the past 17 years and will now support HB Mechanical in operations, culture and growth strategies.

James Saussaman will transition from his role as Division President of BBEC and has been named Senior Vice President of Operations at HB Mechanical Group. Saussaman has held various instrumental roles at HB Global over his 36 years with the organization and will now support operations and strategic projects at HB Mechanical.
