Spectrum kicked off their first safety committee meeting with a group of enthusiastic employee owners looking to make a positive impact by identifying safety concerns and coming up with ways to keep our employee owners safe and free from injury. “Our way of life is a safety way of life,” Jim Irons, Safety Director, and Committee Chair.
