HB GLOBAL, LLC CREATES HB MECHANICAL GROUP SUBSIDIARY FOR CONTINUED GROWTH
HARRISBURG, PA: HB Global, LLC, one of Central PA’s consistent Fastest Growing Companies, has announced a restructure that will better position themselves for acquisition growth and operational excellence. HB Global, LLC has created a new subsidiary, HB Mechanical Group, LLC, to house their eight commercial/industrial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) companies. Sal Bauccio will continue to be the President of these commercial businesses, now HB Mechanical Group. HB Global’s multi-division residential group, HB Home Services, is also now its own subsidiary and will continue to be led by Eric Crawford.

Due to the number of acquisitions and our growth this became exceedingly more difficult under the old structure. Each subsidiary/business unit will now employ their own functional leaders, allowing each to have much more operational efficiency because they have different needs.
